• Law Degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2003) and more than fourteen (14) years of professional experience.

He has developed most of his professional career at international law firms such as Herbert Smith Freehills, where he was one of the founding members of the Spanish office, Linklaters and Garrigues, as well as at SolarReserve, where he was the Legal Director for the EMEA region and India.

He has advised on a wide range of transactions, both domestic and internationally, such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and reorganization of corporate groups, joint ventures and real estate transactions, representing industrial players, private equity funds, including venture capital, financial institutions, startups and individuals.

He has also extensive experience in the energy and infrastructures fields, having advised in the development, structuring, financing, operation and management phases of a great number of projects.
